To start the game, simply push the side power/game type switch. Be sure to agree on a strength level with all players before starting, because it cannot be changed once the game begins! The two guns are equipped and ready for battle with a rumble pack vibration that lets you know when you've been hit, a recoil feature that is activated with every fired shot, and a force-field style shield that will protect you from any incoming fire! The shield gives you that extra couple needed moments to aim with precision, and help you hit your target with accuracy.
As a side note: We recommend always holding your gun with both hands since they are heavy and could break if dropped repeatedly.
Fun For All Ages
The taggers are colorful and outfitted with so many neat sounds, lights, and vibrations, even the adults will be trying to join in on the intense laser battling fun. The shield is such a great addition to the PHOENIX LTX's as well, giving players an extra chance to load up and aim, or get away during a heavy pursuit.

Great product! (but I want to see a headband sensor)
This is really a great product! Bought 3 sets at Toys R Us this last weekend and played at a family reunion. Adults and kids played together and all had a great time. The aim is dead on. I bought the cheap Toys R Us batteries and these things are still going strong after 1 1/2 days of hard play (I can't imagine they will last that much longer but we'll see.
The con: They need to add a headband sensor. No more allowing the looking around with the gun hidden behind the back.

Lots of fun without the darts!
Bought this as an alternative to the Nerf dart guns that we've had in the past. Too many of those darts all over the house. Nephews have the same guns so we bring ours to family gatherings. Mostly they play indoors in the bad weather, but they play outside too. Has been durable and the batteries seem to last a long time.

Thousands of hours of fun
Take some time to coordinate a group of friends to pitch in money to buy a couple sets of these laser tag guns, and you'll have some priceless moments playing full-on 6v6 laser tag.

"Nerf" Laser Tag Phoenix LTX
We already had two sets and wanted to add on for a field of 8 players.
Seems that "Tiger" LT became "Nerf" LT.
Although the packaging is the same, there was no indication that the "Nerf" would NOT include scopes and extension attachments as did the "Tiger".
The new "Nerf" guns were compatible with the old "Tiger" but there was some disappointment
that the "Nerf" were abbreviated designs and cost the same/same package.
The guns themselves worked well.

Exercise and FUN
I have purchased 4 sets of the laser tag system and they are just plain and simple fun.
Players ranging from age 5 to 50 have enjoyed this toys. They seems acurate and reliable. Battery issue are not a bad a some of the earlier post, but they do take 6 aa batteries. If you can get these taggers under .00 then pick them up. The price change almost daily, and you can easily get all your money back on EBay.
